We ship worldwide via Canada Post, a world-class postal/courier service. International shipments are delivered by national postal services (i.e. USPS, Royal Mail) and the EMS courier service. We also offer premium shipping options from Fedex.
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 48 hours. These emails are sent automatically, if you do not receive notification please check your spam folder before contacting us.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 business hours. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Shopadrenaline.ca is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.
Purchases to be delivered within British Columbia are subject to 7% PST and 5% GST, all other destinations within Canada are subject to 5% GST.
All orders to be delivered outside of Canada are tax-free at the time of purchase.
International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with Shopadrenaline.ca, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to Shopadrenaline.ca and your account will be credited according to our return policy (see below) less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.
Lost & Damaged Items:
Shopadrenaline.ca shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. In the event of damages Shopadrenaline.ca will provide contact information for the appropriate shipper. Shopadrenaline.ca does not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
All returns must first be authorized via email or phone. Please do not ship your parcel back to us - we will issue a shipping label to be attached to your return parcel. Items must be returned in unworn condition with all tags attached. Merchandise with manufacturer's defect must be reported within 14 days of ship date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any merchandise. No refunds or exchanges on Body Jewelry due to sterility of the product. Exchanges accepted for clothing and accessories within 14 days of ship date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and all purchases shipped outside Canada or the USA are considered final sale.
